Experienced gold miners know how to persevere through obstacles and setbacks because they know their efforts will lead them to the gold. Having a bit of gold fever helps too, but today I want to share a video with you that will help you find gold.
To get that successful mining mindset they rely on two key things:
- Experience in finding (and not finding gold.)
- A practiced set of skills and a framework of procedures they use as a tool to improve their ability to repeatably find gold faster.
Often both of these are based on lessons learned the hard way, that’s why you really want to apprentice with one or more of these experienced miners.

These two final stages lead us from our previous site research, site survey, sampling onward to pay streak identification, and when to continue mining or when to move to a better place before wasting time, effort or money.
