Where do you start looking for gold?

First think about what your gold prospecting site tells you about where gold will be and where it won’t be, otherwise you risk losing a lot more gold…

Do you know the most likely place to lose values when gold mining? It’s probably not what you think.

Most folks think that the most gold is lost during the gold mining operation itself the setup of equipment tuning in the movement of dirt through the sluice box or trommel etc. that’s not where the most gold is lost at all.

Take a look at this quick video and you’ll see what I mean.

Good Prospecting,

  2. I have done my research. Now I am working on surveying this area trying to to read the area geographically . Next time out I will start sampling. My reason for this particular area is because there is history of gold from before the war and all mining was disbanded when the war came. Some old mines have been found but a lot have not, maybe I’ll come across an old mine. Thanks for all your help,Jess.

    1. Sounds like you’re right on track Bruce. So many mining operations were shut down to provide iron & copper for the war effort. Gold was considered a luxury item and frankly it was being pushed out of service by the international banking powers by that time.
